I offer quiet, respectful companionship for people who want someone to sit with them, talk, walk or spend time together in safe, public places. Our time is guided by what you'd like to talk about- or by shared silence, if that feels better. This is not therapy orcounseling, but simple, grounded human presence.

Sessions may include conversation, walking, or sitting together in cafés, parks, or other public spaces. Everything happens at a calm pace, with clear boundaries and mutual respect.

This practice is intentionally small so that each connection can remain thoughtful and contained.
